HEF 2024 Grants

The Hopkinton Education Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of our 2024 Grant Application and Award Process. This year, the Foundation continues to focus on strengthening our relationship with the schools by connecting our school liaisons with teachers. We want to ensure that the grants we select to fund are valuable and impactful tools for you, and that the application process is not too onerous.

Although many of you have applied for (and been awarded) grants in the past, we encourage you to carefully review our grant guidelines. Please use your school liaisons for support through this process. They will be invaluable to you for championing your grant during the selection process and helping guide your application to be successful. In addition, examples of past grants awarded may be found here.

This year, the deadline for applications is Friday, April 12, 2024.

As in the past, applications must be forwarded directly from the school principal’s email indicating approval and submitted to both grants@hopkintoneducationfoundation.org and president@hopkintoneducationfoundation.org electronically (via email).

Proposed projects concerning technology or installations of any kind (electrical, structural, etc.) require signoff by the Technology or Building and Grounds Department, respectively. If you wish to include additional information that cannot be sent electronically, arrangements can be made to mail or pick up those materials. We will send an email confirmation to the principal and grant applicant upon receipt of the application. Applicants and principals will be notified of our decision in writing in late May, 2024.
